By creating an account or using the Bourdak platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of Service
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Bourdak platform. The platform is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under 16. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2.2 User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You may not share your account with others
2.3 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Share or resell course content without authorization
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

3. Content and Intellectual Property
3.1 Our Content
All content on the platform (courses, videos, texts, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Bourdak Corporation Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2 License of Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

- Modify or create derivative works
- Sell, rent, or transfer your access to others
- Remove copyright notices or trademarks
3.3 Your Content
When you post content (comments, discussions, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of our services.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
4.1 Pricing and Billing
- Prices are displayed in GBP or USD depending on your region, inclusive of applicable taxes
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected
- Payments are processed securely by our partners
- We reserve the right to modify prices with notice
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled by you, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
4.3 Refunds and Right to Cancel
As a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance-purchased subscription within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right does not apply once digital content has been accessed or supplied (we will ask you to confirm this when you start a paid course). Refund requests can be sent to contact@bourdak.com.
5. Certificates and Credits
Certificates issued attest to your participation and completion of courses. They do not constitute official state-recognized qualifications. We do not guarantee that certificates will be recognized by employers or third-party institutions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We provide our services 'as is' without warranty of any kind
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We are not liable for data loss or interruptions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
7. Termination
7.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time from your settings. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
7.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms and conditions, without notice and without refund.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right as a consumer.
